EXHIBITORS
The PRCC Exhibit Halll measures 152,700 sq ft (14,186 sq m) and is divisible in three halls. Features solid concrete floor, eight equally distributed columns, ceiling height of 30 ft (9.1 m), and a floor weight capacity of 350 lbs per sq ft (1,709 kg per sq m).
Each Exhibit Hall has an access door from the loading dock. One elephant door measuring 22 ft wide x 27 ft high (6.7 m x 8.2 m).
There are a total of 22 accessible loading dock spaces in the facility, 6 of them with automatic leveler. Each Exhibit Hall has 7 dock spaces associated with it.
Utility floor ports are located on 30 foot (9.1 m) centers and provide electricity, drainage, and phone connections. Compressed air and water are conveniently located in every other floor port.
Each one of the Halls can be utilized as a general session or plenary session for large groups. Exhibit Halls can be set-up in theater, elevated theater, classroom, banquet, or a combination of these sets. All equipment charges apply in the Hall when it is utilized as a meeting function area.
