Construction of the first phase of residential units at the Puerto Rico Convention Center District continues, with more than 500 units scheduled for completion by summer 2009. An additional 563 residential units are currently in the planning stages, and 150 units are in the permit stage for development.


•	As the most technologically advanced meetings destination in the Caribbean and Latin America, the Puerto Rico Convention Center has approximately 440 miles/ 708 km of wires and cables. That's longer than the miles of exquisite beaches that rim this Island paradise.

The Puerto Rico Convention Bureau is the official sales and marketing agent for the new Puerto Rico Convention Center at the Puerto Rico Convention Center District.
